Our partner organization Enterprise Toronto recently posted an article on the collaboration the University of Toronto’s Impact Centre and Cut Coffee Inc.

Using high-tech scientific equipment to analyze the roasting of coffee beans down to the molecular level, they seek to find the answer to the question, “why does roasting this way work?”
