Inside Fintros, a Talent Marketplace Built on Anonymity

Our partner organization Enterprise Toronto recently Sloan Galler and vision for Fintros.

Fintros uses a machine-learning algorithm to remove any personal information, such as name, email, gender, ethnicity and more, in order to anonymize applicants, which in turn allows employers to judge purely on merit and without bias.
